Most of the staff are super knowledgeable about the cultivation process and can guide you to the product you're looking for based on your wants and needs as how you desire to feel and for what you can afford. From $10 ⅛'s to $70⅛'s. They have glass, flower, pre rolls, edibles and well, everything that every other dispensary has. Marry Ann assisted me in finding this flower. It does exactly what I asked her for. It was right around $40 as an ⅛ should be. Well let's be honest the products need to be way cheaper now as it's far more abundant than it was when it was illegal. But companies need their profits to survive this economy. Overall the customer service representatives are always happy to see me. They always have an excellent idea for what I'm looking for. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Well, they have this Maui Waui in Quarters for like $30 or around that and it's actually not bad. I mean it's not great, but for the price it's the best deal in my opinion. I've tried a lot of their cheaper stuff just to see if it's worth saving money or not. And, it's not, to me. Next time I will save for their top shelf stuff which is $60 and above per ⅛. You get what you pay for though. I'll add more pictures of the place next time I go.

To many times now I get home just to realize they gave me the wrong product or as of tonight they did not give me 1 of 4 of my products i purchased. Thank goodness it was the 5 dollar product that i got for spending a good amount of money. Its just the fact its happened to me 3 times now.I am done! There is other clubs. I guess it's myresponsibility to check k my order to check

Terrible customer service. Highest prices in Tahoe. The greeter was nice, but that’s it. One of the people I dealt with leaned on the counter like she couldn’t be bothered to hold herself upright, made for a very weird vibe. It was my first time in, no acknowledgment of that, no information on how the shop works. Nothing. The product I bought sells for 10$ more here than anywhere else.

It's a nice place the prices are on the high side and the staff needs to be better trained, when told a person is needing something for Severe pain from an injury and told cannabis typically gives them anxiety don't recommend something with 40% thc and little to no cbd, It should be the opposite, it just shows some lack of knowledge not everybody that comes in is looking to get sky high.

I live in town come here all the time not sure if I've never met this bud tender or he's new but hella rude never have experienced that type of customer service with you guys always positive except this kid he was like I don't smoke budget flower so as a cannabis connoisseur I appreciate a good deal and good flower he made me not want to come in here again rude!!!!!!
